biography

Marcy Richardson is a Canadian-British artist based in London, working across painting, printmaking, glass and installation. Following an extensive career in global brand direction and marketing, she shifted her focus to a dedicated studio practice and currently works from SET Wimbledon. She completed her MA in Fine Art at City & Guilds of London Art School in 2026, following the Turps Offsite Programme in 2023. From 2024 to 2026, she was an artist-in-residence at St Mary’s Church, Battersea. Her work has been exhibited across institutional, commercial, and artist-led spaces. Notable exhibitions include the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts, A Generous Space at Hastings Contemporary, and the recent duo exhibition REFUGE at the Crypt.
